Eyewitness: Dubai hotel tower in flames 'within five minutes'

Dubai's The Address Downtown hotel has been engulfed in flames, hours before the city's New Year's Eve firework

display.

Burning debris could be seen falling from the 300m-tall (1,000ft) building as firefighters tackled the blaze.
Eyewitness Charles White said the fire spread rapidly.
